Crystalcrest Consulting Limited is seeking an Executive Assistant/Admin Support Officer to join their team in Ikeja. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring efficient management of daily affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and communications, prioritizing items requiring the MD’s attention.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports; organize and coordinate company events and team meetings.
  • Maintain organized records, handle confidential information, and oversee office operations.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management and email marketing.

Qualifications:

  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail.
  • Marketing experience, including social media management and email marketing, is advantageous.

Compensation:

Monthly salary: ₦150,000.
