Position Overview
The company is looking for a Customer Service/Front Desk Associate to welcome clients, provide quality customer service, and manage front desk activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, share service details, and guide them in making choices.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Professionally handle calls, emails, and messages.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain client records, process payments, and manage front-desk supplies.
- Service Promotion: Recommend services or products to meet clients’ needs.
- Facility Presentation: Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean and organized.
- Customer Satisfaction: Quickly resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Certifications in customer service are an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years in customer service or front desk roles; experience in the aesthetics/beauty industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling or CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed, with a client-focused and professional attitude.
- Flexibility: Availability for evening or weekend work when needed.

- Location: The job is based in Ikoyi, Lagos. Applicants must be comfortable commuting to this area.
- Schedule: Applicants must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
Desired Experience
- Customer Service/Front Desk Operations: Minimum of 2 years.
- Customer Relationship Management: Minimum of 2 years.
- Aesthetics/Beauty Industry: Minimum of 1 year.
