Job Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through OPay’s support phone lines. They will play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from customers and resolve complaints, inquiries, and requests.
  • Record and report call details according to company procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues, such as failed transactions, to the appropriate team.
  • Follow up on calls to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Report product or service issues observed during calls to the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND/BSc in Mass Communication or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently under minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary of ₦70,000 plus bonuses.

Salary increases after confirmation (three months).
