LUBBOCK, Texas: Twelve persons Arrested over six kilograms of cocaine

Twelve persons were detained and six kilograms of cocaine were seized in a cocaine bust in West Texas. The Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) searched six locations during the operation. Five firearms, cocaine, and $55,000 in cash were discovered during the search. OCDETF includes the DEA Dallas Field Office.

A 17-count indictment names the 12 individuals that were arrested. Some could receive life terms in federal prison if found guilty. The identities of persons detained and their preliminary charges in this case are shown below:

  1. Esteban Renee Garcia, 36, faces charges of cocaine trafficking, cocaine conspiracy, cocaine distribution, cocaine distribution attempt, and illegal use of a communications facility.
  2. Rodrick Deone Hall, 48, also known as “Dirty,” is accused of attempting to distribute cocaine, distributing cocaine base, conspiring to distribute cocaine, and using a communications facility unlawfully.
  3. Leticia Chavez, 58, is accused with both cocaine distribution and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
  4. Rodrick Deone HallShannon Sainz, 28, is accused of using a telecommunication facility illegally and conspiring to distribute cocaine.
  5. The 40-year-old Janie Reyna faces charges of cocaine trafficking conspiracy, cocaine distribution attempt, and illegal use of a communications service.
  6. The charges against 45-year-old Anthony “AV” DeLeon include attempted cocaine distribution, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and criminal use of a communications service.
  7. The 43-year-old Isaac “Ike” Rodriguez faces charges of cocaine distribution conspiracy, cocaine distribution attempt, and illegal use of a communications service.
  8. Anthony McIntire, also known as “Ace,” 29, is accused of distributing cocaine, attempting to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and using a communications service unlawfully.
  9. The 48-year-old Roland Vasquez Gomez faces charges of cocaine trafficking conspiracy, cocaine distribution attempt, and unauthorized use of a communications service.
  10. Rodrick Lamont Bibbs, 39, faces charges of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
  11. Michael Tijerina, 59, faces charges of cocaine distribution and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
  12. After being taken into custody, Miguel Ramirez-Pedroza, 45, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine in a criminal complaint. (A later date will be set for his first appearance in federal court.)
    The top drug traffickers, money launderers, gangs, and transnational criminal organizations that pose a threat to the United States are identified, disrupted, and dismantled by OCEDTF.
